  We bought a refrigerator from Ike 6 years ago, there was an issue with it and he was prompt in replacing it for us. BUT.. we just recently bought another refrigerator from him and told him it was mandatory for us that the crushed ice and water worked in it, he assured us it did, well it took the thing a week to even fill the entire bucket with ice, but we had called him the 3rd day to say it wasn't making ice properly nor was the crushed ice working, he said he would be over, he never called and never showed. After numerous attempts to reach him, numerous attempts at speaking to him and and me raising hell at him saying "ill be over" and of course not calling and not showing up after saying he would... He finally did show up last week(2 weeks later) dumped out all of my ice out and told me he was going to Turlock for the part, he never came back and he never called, so again we called him and I will admit I was a Little Crappy to the person on the phone, then Ike got on the phone he was crappy with me and I was crappy with him but he ASSURED me by Friday it would be fixed. My husband called him Friday and Ike said he was trying to get the part and my husband laughed at him because it has now been 3 WEEKS so IKE told him he was on his way now to bring us our money and pick up the fridge and he hung up on us, LOL he never called or showed up for that either, so now I am stuck with a fridge that doesn't work properly and a business owner who severely lacks in the communication department so we will be filing a civil suit against him on Monday and I will blast him negatively any where I can.. I am a business owner and this is NOT the way you do business!!!!!
