  Customer Service has dropped tremendously with middle management changes. The staff stands around, hanging out with each other, ignoring customers, and even cursing openly, as if the store is run as a social club for them as opposed to a business seeking revenue by catering to customer needs. If you try speaking to anyone about it other than the store director, Derrick, who is rarely there, you are ignored. There is Zero accountability. I have had new staff tell me countless times "if the item is not there on the shelf than we don't have it," refusing to help me find it, then go back to the myshelf and find it misplaced. This location is no longer one I would recommend and I no longer enjoy frequenting. Unfortunately, there are not many options in town, but due to the fall in service, lack of product availability, and two day shipping turning into two week shipping, I would recommend Target and Amazon as reliable alternatives.
